Honeyman's Miniature Dachshunds

Older Puppies, Young Adults, Retiree’s for Re-Homing

Please understand, the available youngsters and adults are not being placed for re-homing due to their temperaments. The youngsters placed here may be too small or too large for my Breeding program, they may not be willing to breed, or I just haven’t found the perfect home for as of yet. The older dogs placed here will be retiring from my Breeding Program. In any case, these dogs have been with me for some time and have become accustomed to love and affection. Therefore, please be sure you have the time available to love and care for a dog. Also, remember these little ones have yearly checkups at the vet and occasional unexpected vet visits. Be sure you can afford to have a pet. Remember that the expense doesn’t end with the purchase. If you have answered “yes” to the above questions then, if you see someone you want to share your life with, please contact me.

When our dogs reach retirement age, we make it high priority to find loving, forever homes for them. Our preference is to place them with retired individuals. Someone who would enjoy the companionship of a pet without the tribulations of puppyhood, but we will consider other homes as well.

If you are interested in giving one of our sweet dogs a forever home, you can request to be placed on the adoption list for one of our retirees.

We reserve the right not to sell our dogs, based imply on our instinct of what might or might not be a good home for a particular dog.
